Step 2: schedule the VSM session
Choose your participants, match up agendas, and set aside a half day for the VSM session. Just don’t forget to let Opinity know when it’s scheduled! 🙂
Step 3: participate in the Value Stream Mapping Session
That’s all! No extra effort needed. After the session, you’ll walk away with hands-on insights into how you can improve your process. Naturally, we’ll also send you a management summary and a recap of the key takeaways.

Most of the time, we run our sessions at the client’s office, so we simply ask for a suitable room to be made available. If you’d rather have Opinity arrange a venue, we can absolutely do that as well.

The cost for a Value Stream Mapping Session with two Opinity facilitators is 1600,- euro ex VAT. A maximum of 10 participants can participate in one session.
