Yes, absolutely! These days, having an employer that genuinely has your back—without chasing their own interests—is a rare treasure. And who knows? You might even make friends for life. That’s real wealth. Oh, and don’t worry: you’ll also make good money, drive a sweet car, and get your share of the profits.
If I want to take a trip around the world, will I get time off?
You’ll get 25 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour work week) plus 8% holiday allowance. It might not cover a round-the-world trip—but hey, everything’s negotiable!
Working from home, is it allowed?
Yes—provided the assignment allows it. Right now, all of our colleagues work from home at least one day a week, and often two. Fridays tend to be the busiest (and most fun!) at Opinity HQ, with lots of us showing up for some good vibes and a team lunch.
I want a Rolls Royce!
Yeah, we’d want that too—but nope, not happening. What you will get is either a company car or an allowance for public transport or mileage. If you go for the car, you get a budget to pick your own lease wheels—drive as many private kilometers as you like. Current rides in the team? Mercedes CLA180, Audi Q2 and even a Harley Davidson.
Gadgets... Do you have any?
We may not have exploding pens or laser watches just yet—though our marketing team has big dreams. But we do offer a great laptop and the latest smartphone of your choice (iOS or Android). Prefer to use your own phone? You’ll still receive a monthly allowance.
Can I continue to learn?
Yes, definitely—awesome that you’re eager to grow, and we’re here to help. You’ll get unlimited access to Udemy Business, plus we’ll gladly cover any courses, conferences, or seminars you’d like to attend.
Boring stuff no one feels like doing?
Sorting out your health insurance isn’t exactly exciting, so we’ve arranged a group plan with a discount you can join. We also contribute 50% to your pension and offer all new starters a one-on-one pension consultation with experts. Turns out, it’s not that boring after all.
The kind of fun stuff everyone’s up for?
We ditched the boring meetings. Now we do a monthly IT night (aka knowledge-sharing with a twist) or a fun activity. Add snacks, drinks, and some banter with your teammates—what’s not to love?

Step 2: face to face meeting
CV checks out (read: our recruiter is already hyping you up)? Then let’s talk! You’ll meet with one or two of our tech specialists, get a feel for the team, and show off what you can do.
Step 3: taking the lead
All good vibes? Then we’ll wrap things up with one final chat—either with our in-house recruiter or the big boss himself, Barry. We’ll cover your wishes, your deal-breakers, any remaining questions about our culture or how we work—and of course, your employment terms.
Step 4: decision time
